Firebird will be hosting the NAPA Ignitor Opener presented by The Blower Shop - Division 6 Lucas Oil Drag Race Series on Thurs.-Sun., May 13-17. The event will offer your choice testing on Thurs. afternoon, followed by time trials and qualifying on Friday and Saturday, along with Gambler races on Friday afternoon and the $5K Challenge on Saturday afternoon. Sunday will feature final eliminations in an assortment of NHRA categories, in addition to both Super Pro and Pro eliminators.
Event Details
Firebird Raceway is a NHRA Drag Racing facility, which started in 1968. Today, Idaho's premiere racing venue is recognized and listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Although the track retains much of its original ambiance, vibe and character, Firebird is a first-class venue that people of all ages can enjoy. We offer delicious food and beverages, along with a merchandise store called the Sport Shop featuring a full line of colorful shirts, sweatshirts, hats and more. We look forward to seeing you and your family this season in the Treasure Valley foothills.
