Las Vegas Car Meets joins the excitement of the 100-day countdown to the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX with 100 vehicles displayed on Turn 1, 2 and Pit Lane of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit® for an evening of automotive culture and community. This event blends the best of Las Vegas car culture with live activations, entertainment, giveaways, and more right in the heart of the city’s premier motorsport destination, Grand Prix Plaza.

Setup Info & Schedule
Date: August 14, 2025
Vendor Setup: 3 PM – 5 PM
Driver Load-In: 5:00pm-6:00pm
Event Time: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Load-Out: 9:30 PM – 10:30 PM
NO TRAFFIC MOVING BETWEEN 6:30PM-9:30PM
100 curated display vehicles
Primary sponsors will host sections ie: Exotics, Motorcycles, JDM, etc.
Display areas include: Turn 1, 2 and Pit Lane
Las Vegas Grand Prix slot machine will be present for qualifying guests to play for free prizes
Las Vegas Grand Prix DJ booth for music and announcements
Each sponsor can get one promotional shout out on the mic during the event
Las Vegas Grand Prix Air Stream merch trailer
Cooldown Room featuring food & drinks (cash bar and pizza by the slice, free popcorn)
Fuel & Fork on level 2 for a full restaurant menu
Free racing simulators in the F1 Hub on level 2
F1 DRIVE Karting track will be open
Low-Car limbo contest
Trophy awards + Race ticket giveaways
Guests will vote via QR code for their favorite cars for 1st - 3rd place best of show!
Code of Conduct
• All vehicles must be operable and able to move under their own power.
• Vehicles must be mechanically sound and should not leak fluids; if vehicle leaks fluids,
they must inform the show host and will be required to provide their own drip mats /
protective covering. Vehicles that do not adhere to this policy may be subject to financial
penalties related to track cleaning.
• Maximum driving speed of 15mph while on Grand Prix Plaza property. No donuts,
burnouts, revving or two-stepping will be allowed on the Grand Prix Plaza property. Any
infraction will result in immediate and permanent dismissal from the property.
Bag Policy
Small personal bags (i.e., waist bags/fanny packs) or small purses are allowed. Large bags,
backpacks, or luggage are not permitted.
Note: All bags are subject to search. Diaper bags are permitted.
Prohibited Items
Guests are prohibited from bringing firearms, knives, or other weapons into GPP. Any illegal
items, including drugs or drug paraphernalia, are also prohibited. No alcoholic beverages or
other outside food items are allowed. Professional cameras and video equipment are
prohibited. Backpacks and large bags are not allowed.
All bags are subject to search.
