Who handles refunds?

Refunds requests 10 days prior to the event will be honored minus service fees. Refund request 9 days or sooner to the event date will not be accepted.

I bought tickets but I can't go to the event. Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you request your refund 10 days prior to the event date.

How are postponed events handled?

If the event is postponed, your ticket will act as a rain check for the next designated date and time for your specific event. If your event is postponed specifically due to COVID-19 you can request a refund. By accepting this policy you release all operators, employees and agents from all claims.

How are canceled events handled?

If the event is canceled for any reason your tickets will be fully refunded

Can I give away my tickets to someone else as a gift (or if I am unable to attend)?

All tickets are transferable except Racer Entries and Car Show Entries. But please remember, one ticket per person and no refunds.

**TheFOAT reserves the right to refuse service/orders to any purchase.

**Tickets are delivered by email after a completed order. Under no circumstances are tickets delivered by mail.

**By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are gathered. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending the event you voluntarily assume all risk associated with COVID-19. Please stay home if you are experiencing fever, cough or other symptoms associated with COVID-19, as detailed by the Centers for Disease Control.
