Event Details

Returning to Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park we are excited to announce a multiday event for 2023, utilizing Friday and Saturday we have introduced full road course activities with Track Attack sessions and Drifting! Bringing on Dj Costa Saturday night and Sunday we will have the full show like you have grown to love since 2008! Along with a Kei car race on the Clubhouse Circuit, Lock City Drift demo, Team East BMX demo, Awards, Food Trucks and More!

Friday will be for load in day for all campers/vendors and weekend participants. All Track Attack tickets will include practice session(s) on Friday. Gates will open at 10am for tech inspection for all on track vehicles (T.A./Wheel to Wheel/Drifters). Weekend Camping pass holders can arrive any time after 12pm on Friday. All weekend camp pass holders, Time Attack / drifting participants are invited to our bon fire Friday night on top of the TSMP hill!

Saturday will consist of all the full road course activities and early show parking for select show cars and weekend camping pass holders. Vendors, food trucks and East Hartford Brewery will be on site all day. Lock City Drift will be joining in on the full road course action for the fist time during the day Saturday, then after the road course action is over, Lock City will turn on the under glow and drift into the night on the Clubhouse Circuit! At 930 PM we turn to the big stage and party with DJ Costa!!

Sunday is back to the classic Staggered you have grown to love! We will be bring in all the show and exhibition cars to park on the track and skipad areas, Drift Demos on the Clubhouse Circuit food trucks, Award Ceremony, East Hartford Brewery and a Kei Car race!

Track Attack groups will be set up based off the drivers track experience and car type. Please read the ticket details prior to purchasing and select the appropriate ticket for your experience. Note: Advance group requires approval prior to purchasing, see ticket for more details. All track attack participants will we required to clear and depart from their paddock space by 11PM Saturday night. All vehicles must have proper safety equipment appropriately, Please follow this link for Tech rules: https://lockcitydrift.com/tech-requirements You need a mylaps transponder if you want your times recorded. We do not have these available for rent unfortunately.
