This is a team judged competition that is going to be held on Friday July 26th.The Gates will open at 10:30am for teams and crew members only. We want to make sure every team has time to set up their paddock or garage area before practice starts at 1pm. Open practice will be available on Clubhouse Circuit, oval and the skidpad. At 6pm, with will have an all-team meeting to go over the finalized rules and criteria for the evening. This is event is about how you and your team can show off your driving skills, style and how much fun you can have in front of a panel of your peers. Halfway House Dj group with be on the set grid side all evening and will have a paddock party after the event.

When it comes to teams, needs to be 3 minimum. We have had teams of varying sizing apply, which is fine, however the competition portion is designed for teams of 3 drivers. If your team thinks you have what it takes to compete as a team of 4, we have several options to consider for registration, keeping in mind this will be a judged team event.

If you want to register as a team of 3, but you have 4. You have 2 options. You can register as a team of 3 competing as 3 in the judge portion and the 4th gets to drive in everything else all weekend, they get to drive any practice or free time driving on Friday and all Saturday driving as well. The only thing the fourth driver cannot drive is the competition portion of the evening. It will not matter which driver sits out of the main event, just need to compete as a team of three.

-Or- If you register as a team of 4 and wish to compete as a team of 4, you can and you must do so. IF all 4 cars don't make it through to the competition, that is considered a 0. Just like if a team of three lost their third driver, they would be out. Teams of 4 may register an alternate 5th team member who gets to drive in everything else all weekend, they get to drive any practice or free time driving on Friday, all Saturday driving as well as maintaining an alternate.

If you do choose to compete as a team of 4, best be sure we are going to encourage all the other teams to judge harder because you think you're good enough to do so. If you applied with a team of 14 people... You should be able to figure out an A team, B team line up registering as so.
