DISPLAY VEHICLES: Looking to reserve a spot for your exotic vehicle at Tires and Timepieces? Please submit a display vehicle approval request. We have LIMITED availability, so please reserve as soon as possible. Once we reach capacity, we will have a waitlist. We will reach out to our waitlist to fill any open spots before the event. The SUBMISSION DEADLINE is 11:59 PM October 18, 2023. We will confirm all reservations at that time. Seven days before the event, we will refer to our waitlist. EVENT ETIQUETTE
As a spectator at Tires & Timepieces at Hamra Jewelers, you'll have the opportunity to see a wide variety of high-end, rare, and unique vehicles up close. To ensure you and others have a great experience, follow these etiquette guidelines:

Event Start Time is 8:00 AM: Check the event schedule and arrive at the designated time. Please DO NOT arrive early, as spectators will not be allowed entry until 8:00 AM. This also helps prevent overcrowding and allows you to enjoy the event at a leisurely pace.

Park Responsibly: If you're not displaying your vehicle, park in the designated spectator parking areas. Do not take up spaces reserved for participants or block access to the event.

Be Respectful of the venue: Tires & Timepieces' exotic car show will take place in a private parking lot. Treat the venue with respect by disposing of any trash appropriately and not causing damage to the property.

Keep a Safe Distance: When admiring the vehicles, maintain a safe distance to avoid accidentally touching or damaging them. Refrain from leaning on, sitting on, or touching the cars without permission from the owner.

Be Mindful of Noise: While it's natural to be excited at Tires and timepieces, avoid excessive noise like loud music, honking, or yelling, as it can be disruptive and jeopardize the event.
Respect Other Attendees: Be polite and considerate of other spectators, as well as the car owners. Give others space to admire the vehicles and avoid blocking their view with your camera or phone.

Be Patient and Take Turns: If a particular car attracts a lot of attention, wait your turn to get a closer look or take photos. Be mindful of others who might also be waiting.

Have Fun, Meet New People: Cars and Coffee events are social gatherings, so feel free to strike up conversations with other attendees or car owners.

No Reckless Behavior: Refrain from any racing, burnouts, or other forms of reckless driving in the event area or nearby. These actions can put people and property at risk and may result in the event being shut down. Law enforcement will be present. Please observe all laws, rules, and regulations.

Support Local Businesses: Tires & Timepieces is taking place next to a variety of locally owned businesses. We make it a point to partner with and involve small businesses at ALL GoTime Motorsports Events. We ask that our spectators consider patronizing these establishments to show your support and appreciation.

NO SOLICITORS ALLOWED: All solicitors will be removed from the venue.

By adhering to these etiquette guidelines, you'll help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone attending Tires & Timepieces at Hamra Jewelers.
