Revocable License: This ticket is a revocable license that only grants entry into Sonoma Raceway (“Venue”) and a spectator seat for the specified event. It may not be used for advertising, promotions or contests without the express written consent of venue. Lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets, or those offered for resale at an unlawful premium (other than through Ticketmaster’s Ticket Exchange), may not be honored. Venue prohibits the resale of tickets – of any value – on venue property or adjacent roadways.
Spectator Assumes Risk: THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET EXPERESSLY ASSUMES ALL RISK INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR SUBSEQUENT TO THE ACTUAL EVENT AND AGREES THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS, CAR SPONSORS, CAR OWNERS, ALL SPONSORS FOR THE EVENT OR THE SERIES OF WHICH THE EVENT IS A PART, SANCTIONING BODIES, AND ALL EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS OF VENUE, SPEEDWAY MOTORSPORTS, LLC, SONIC FINANCIAL CORPORATION, SPEEDWAY HOLDINGS I, LLC, SPEEDWAY HOLDINGS II, LLC, SPEEDWAY CHILDREN’S CHARITIES AND EACH OF THEIR AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES (“RELEASED PARTIES”) ARE HEREBY RELEASED FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE EVENT, INCLUDING CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE.
Prohibited Behavior: Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected (without refund) for drug use, intoxication, foul or abusive language, failure to comply with these ticket terms, security measures or venue policies, or any other conduct which is not conducive to a family atmosphere as determined by venue in its sole discretion.
Venue Policies: You and your belongings may be searched, including by pat down and wanding, upon entry into the venue, and prohibited items may be confiscated. By tendering this ticket and entering the venue, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the Released Parties. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the venue. Please visit the venue’s website for policies.
Photography, Video and Other Images: Holder grants to venue and its designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the event, for any purpose whatsoever and without compensation. Photographs, videos or other accounts or descriptions of all or any part of the event or event-related activities created by holder may be used only for personal, non-commercial uses.
NASCAR Events: NASCAR owns the rights to all images, sounds and data from the NASCAR Events. The holder of this ticket agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would infringe upon NASCAR’s rights.
THE DATE AND TIME OF THE EVENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. THE TICKET WILL BE GOOD FOR THE EVENT IF THE EVENT IS RESCHEDULED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
