There are no refunds for any Deceptive Dreamz LLC events. You can't receive a refund if you can't attend the event. If your event is postponed, your ticket will act as a rain check for the next designated date and time for your specific event. By accepting this policy you release all operators, employees, and agents of Deceptive Dreamz LLC and TheFOAT from all claims.

DECEPTIVE DREAMZ LLC WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR ALL EVENTS:

IN CONSIDERATION of being allowed to participate in any way in a Deceptive Dreamz LLC event:

1. By participating in this event in any capacity including but not limited to showing at, participating in, purchasing items from, or attending the event is at your own risk; You knowingly and willingly do so at your own risk. Deceptive Dreamz LLC, its members, event coordinator(s), agents, officers, officials, and volunteers, all sponsors and vendors as well as the Shoppes at Newberrytown, to include its departments, its agents, officers, elected and appointed officials, and volunteers will not be held liable for damages, loss of property, or injury of any degree. I understand and agree that, if at any time, should, at any time, a space, event, or situation feel to be UNSAFE, I will immediately take all necessary precautions to avoid the unsafe area and REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE further in the event.

2. I understand that:

a. Participation in the event may involve RISKS AND DANGERS, as does any roadway vehicular activity, of serious BODILY INJURY, including PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS, AND DEATH (“RISKS”);
b. The SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES and/or damages that could result from those risks COULD BE SEVERE;
c. These risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, the rules of the event or rally, the condition and layout of the prescribed course, or THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASEES” NAMED BELOW;
d. There may be OTHER RISKS NOT KNOWN TO ME or that are not readily foreseeable at this time.

3. I ACCEPT SUCH RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE LOSSES AND/OR DAMAGES FOLLOWING SUCH INJURY, DISABILITY, PARALYSIS, OR DEATH, even if caused, in whole or in part, by the NEGLIGENCE OF THE “RELEASEES” NAMED BELOW.

4. I HEREBY DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the promoters, participants, officials, car owners, drivers, crew members, rescue personnel, sponsors, advertisers, owners, and lessees of premises used to conduct the EVENT(S), premises, and event inspectors, underwriters, consultants, and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or EVENT(S) and each of them, their directors, officers, agents, and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as “Releasees,” FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THERE FORE ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.

5. I do hereby agree to follow and abide by any and all regulations, instructions, guidance, and laws of Pennsylvania’s Department of Motor Vehicles. In addition, I do release Deceptive Dreamz LLC of any and all responsibilities for my health, financial being, or any and all other matters which may pertain. I do understand that this event is one in which I am responsible for my safety as well as others on the road. Failure to abide by rules set forth by Deceptive Dreamz LLC and those of the Pennsylvania Code of Motor Vehicles will and can result in my dismissal from the event and/or police involvement. Any traffic citations or damage done to vehicles is not the responsibility of Deceptive Dreamz LLC, and all costs associated with or involved in settlements are to be paid by myself, as a single agent in which I bear the responsibility to secure counsel and pay any and all costs associated with the incident up to and thereafter the settlement. In that, Deceptive Dreamz LLC is RELEASED FROM and HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY ACTIONS for this, or future events which may result from my participation in this event;

6. I do hereby agree to be respectful to others attending the event, patrons, event staff, and the surrounding community. Failure to abide by rules set forth by Deceptive Dreamz LLC may lead to removal from the premises by event staff and/or local law enforcement.

7. I do hereby agree to properly secure any awning, tent, umbrella, chair, device, or apparatus in the event of weather while attending a Deceptive Dreamz LLC event that could potentially fly, fall, injure, or damage property.

8. I DO HEREBY GRANT DECEPTIVE DREAMZ LLC all and any media rights to pictures, videos, concepts, audio, or any other platforms, and RELEASE my rights, entitlements, or royalties in which I am pictured in my likeness, property, or person. In that, DECEPTIVE DREAMZ LLC may use this material for advertisements, publication, profit, or display as they see fit, respectively;

BY MY HAND I DO CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE STATEMENTS HERE WITHIN AND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL AND ANY DAMAGES TO MYSELF OR OTHERS, BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER THIS EVENT.
