Booth Management & Safety
Booth Dimensions: Displays, signage, and shelving may not exceed 96 inches (8 feet) in height and must stay within your allotted space as marked.
Aisle Access: All aisles must remain clear, at all times. All merchandise, displays, and storage (including boxes and packing materials) must be contained within your allotted space.

Liability for Damages The Exhibitor is solely financially responsible for any damage caused to the venue's facilities, including walls, flooring, and fixtures, within or resulting from the use of their allotted space.
Venue Compliance Exhibitors must comply with all rules, regulations, and safety codes of the event venue. These rules are subject to change based on location and are provided separately or posted on-site.

Anime Indoor Event: Terms & Conditions
Please read these event policies carefully. By entering the event space, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms, conditions, and safety regulations outlined below.
1. General Conduct & Safety
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves with respect and adhere to standard public decorum.
Safety First: We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Dangerous, obnoxious, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive, without refund. Violations may result in involvement of mall security or local authorities.
Compliance with Laws: All federal, state, and local laws, as well as Mall of Victor Valley property rules, apply throughout the event. This includes laws regarding alcohol, drugs, harassment, and weapons.
Identification: All attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) and present it upon request of event staff or mall security. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Respect for Space: The event takes place within an active retail mall. Please be mindful of non-event shoppers, store employees, and mall property. Do not block store entrances, walkways, or emergency exits.
Pets: With the exception of licensed service animals, pets and animals of any kind are not permitted in the event area.
2. Cosplay & Attire Guidelines
We encourage creative cosplay, but all costumes must adhere to the following standards.
Decency Required: The event is family-friendly and held in a public mall. All private areas must be fully covered with opaque fabric at all times. Costumes must cover all areas normally covered by a swimsuit, including the chest regardless of gender. Excessively revealing attire is not permitted.
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended and footwear is required at all times. No bare feet are permitted in the mall.
Offensive Material: Costumes displaying hate speech, profanity, graphic sexual imagery (including ahegao), or symbols associated with discrimination or hate groups are strictly prohibited.
Safety Hazards: Costumes that pose a safety risk (e.g., long dragging tails, stilts, sharp protrusions, or wheeled footwear like Heelys) are not permitted. Costumes that significantly impair vision must be accompanied by a handler.
Background Checks: The event organizer and mall security reserve the right to inspect any costume or prop at any time. If a costume is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, the attendee will be asked to change.
3. Weapons & Prop Policy (Strictly Enforced)
To ensure the safety of all attendees, shoppers, and staff, no real weapons are allowed. The following regulations apply to all prop weapons and costume accessories:
No Real Weapons: Real firearms, ammunition, knives, brass knuckles, tasers, or any prohibited weapon under California law are strictly forbidden.
No Functional Projectiles: Prop weapons (airsoft, BB, Nerf, bows, crossbows, etc.) must be permanently and substantially disabled so they cannot fire any projectile. Orange tips on firearms must be factory-installed and permanent. No ammunition of any kind is permitted.
Metal Blades (Live Steel): Swords, knives, or bladed weapons made of metal are not allowed in the event space, even if blunt.
Inspection & Peace-Bonding: All props and weapons must be inspected at the designated Weapons Check Station upon arrival. Approved items will be "peace-bonded" (secured/tagged) to prevent them from being drawn.
Swinging & Brandishing: Horseplay, swinging, brandishing, or any aggressive use of props is strictly prohibited. Weapons must remain holstered, sheathed, or slung at all times.
4. Photography & Media Policy
Consent Required: Always ask for permission before taking photos or videos of cosplayers, attendees, or staff. Do not photograph anyone who declines.
Event Recording: By attending, you grant the event organizer and the Mall of Victor Valley the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record you in connection with the event and to use the photograph and/or recording for promotional purposes without compensation to you.
Restricted Areas: Photography is strictly prohibited in areas where posted signs indicate restrictions (e.g., certain screenings or restricted zones). Flash photography is not permitted in dimly lit areas where it may disturb others.
